A fire broke out at a restaurant in Cornwall

Firefighters are tackling a fire on the first floor of a restaurant in Launceston.

Crews from Launceston, Callington, Devon & Somerset FRS Holsworthy and Liskeard are present.

Firefighters, some wearing breathing apparatus, put out the fire with hose reels.

Citizens were urged to stay away from the area to allow firefighters to deal with this “incident in progress”.
