Barnet Council has opened a consultation on proposed car parks in Colindale.

The councils say: We propose to transform the land that was previously occupied by garages into parking spaces, to provide more parking spaces for the residents of the area.

“The new parking spaces will be included in the existing Colindale Controlled Parking Area (CPZ code CL2). Residents with CL2 permits and visitor vouchers will be eligible to park in the new parking areas during CPZ operating hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.”

The consultation will close on Thursday 23 January 2025. To have your say go to: https://www.engage.barnet.gov.uk/south-mead-corner-mead-proposed-parking-spaces-in-colindale- cpz
