The exact cause of death of legendary singer Sinead O’Connor has been revealed on the anniversary of her tragic death.

After news of O’Connor’s death broke, London’s Metropolitan Police confirmed that her death was not being treated as suspicious.

“Police were called at 11.18am on Wednesday 26 July to reports of an unconscious woman at a residential address in SE24,” a police statement said.

The police intervened and a 56-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
