Police and forensics at Highworth address after ‘person dies’

Police and forensics are working at an address in Highworth today (Sunday).

Emergency services were called to a property in the High Street early this morning.

Locals reported seeing three police cars and an ambulance at the scene.

Later, two forensic vans were spotted parked outside, with two investigators dressed in white suits.

One person is understood to have died and police have launched an investigation into the circumstances, but this has yet to be confirmed.

Wiltshire Police have been contacted for comment this afternoon.
