The skyrocketing cost to watch Plymouth Argyle at Sheffield Wednesday

Adult tickets for Plymouth Argyle’s opening match of the 2024/25 Championship campaign against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough will cost £36.

There will be reserved seats in the West Stand Upper for the traveling Green Army for the match at Hillsborough on Sunday 11th August. The match, which will be televised live on Sky Sports Football, kicks off at 4pm.




Tickets will go on sale to Argyle season ticket holders today (Monday) at 12 noon, one per member until the correct concession. Prices are £36 for adults, £26 for over 65s and under 21 pounds, £15 for under 17s, £10 for under 11s and £5 for under 5s.

The second phase of ticket sales will start on Wednesday 31st July at 10am for Evergreen Level 2 members, and then Evergreen Level 3 members will get their chance from 10am on Friday 2nd August. The general sale will open at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August. 5.

Tickets can be purchased by visiting argyletickets.com. They can also be purchased over the phone by calling 01752 907700 or by visiting the Home Park Box Office between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or 10am and 2pm on Saturdays.

Miles Away Travel Supporter Coaches will depart from outside the Devonport End at 6.45am. The cost to members is £55 for adults and £53 for juniors. It is £60 for non-members.
