Cow & Sow is heading to Birmingham for its third location

Located at One Chamberlain Square in Birmingham’s Paradise development, the new restaurant will be the contemporary restaurant brand’s third site, joining its Bristol locations, and will open in late 2024.

The steakhouse brand serves a menu of steaks and chops that includes 35-day aged flat iron, sirloin, tenderloin and tomahawk pork tenderloin, along with a range of small plates such as Spanish padron peppers; homemade pork rinds; sticky pork belly; and ox cheek and cheddar croquettes.

Also on the menu is its Cow & Sow burger, made with a beef patty and pork and fish of the day.

Small plates start from around £6, with steaks priced between £21 and £32, while an express lunch menu is available at £14 for one course and £22 for three courses.

The Cow & Sow was founded by Mark Warburton in January 2022 (pictured below) following the successful sale of part of his pub business in 2021. A second Cow & Sow opened in December of the same year.

“Our team has worked tirelessly to bring Cow & Sow to Birmingham,” says Warburton.

“The Paradise location is a dream come true and we are honored to join the ranks of esteemed neighbors such as Dishoom, Albert’s Castle, F1® Arcade and Rosa’s Thai.

“We look forward to bringing a new era of steakhouses to Birmingham and working closely with local charities, businesses, local communities and visitors.”

“We’ve been working on the planning and design for almost a year and are excited to see it come to fruition.”
