A new steakhouse is coming to Birmingham’s Paradise project

A new steakhouse is set to open later this year on the Paradise property in Birmingham.

Cow & Sow will become the latest restaurant brand to join the £1.2bn commercial development after signing a deal for space in One Chamberlain Square.

Due to launch in autumn, it will join established restaurants Dishoom and Albert’s Schloss on the ground floor of the office-led building, which was the first to be completed at Paradise.

Cow & Sow is an independent brand with only two other restaurants, both in Bristol.

Founder Mark Warburton said: “Birmingham has a thriving food scene that we can’t wait to be a part of.

“As a company we strive to put people and the planet at the top of our agenda and we look forward to working with a locally engaged team and supporting local suppliers and charities.

“Birmingham’s Cow & Sow will add another strand to Paradiso’s arc of original dining and leisure destinations.”
