Olympiad Leisure Center gym reopens after extensive refurbishment

Everyone is invited to experience the all-new gym at Olympiad Leisure Centre, reopening today (Monday 29 July) following a major refurbishment.

The center in Chippenham has undergone a month-long transformation, funded by the council’s ongoing investment in its leisure facilities, with the gym now boasting a fresh new look with contemporary decor and brand-new flooring.

Customers will benefit from all-new, modern and sought-after gym equipment, with exciting additions such as state-of-the-art Olympic lifting platforms, a versatile rig ideal for functional bodyweight training, an exhilarating SkiErg machine, WattBike Pros and a gym sled track. The inclusion of body composition analysis tools will also enable people to set benchmarks and track their fitness journeys with precision.

With the group exercise studio and cycle studio also receiving a makeover, customers can enjoy the all-new immersive lighting and upgraded network reliability, with virtual classes complementing the center’s live class program and offering people more flexibility and choice.

We think the new facilities offer our members the chance to experience the highest quality fitness opportunities and cutting-edge, sought after equipment, and we’re sure they’ll agree.
