GPs in Croydon where the receptionists are the most helpful

The GP Patient survey has revealed the ratings for how helpful receptionists have been at GP practices in Croydon this year.

Patients have had their say on the service provided by their GP in an annual NHS survey.

The survey includes categories such as how easy it is to get an appointment, whether appointments are in person and how helpful the receptionists are.

We’ve searched through the results of GP practices in Croydon to find the best and worst rated surgeries in terms of their experiences with receptionists.

The top surgeries were Farley Road Medical Practice with 97.8%, closely followed by Old Coulsdon Medical Practice with 97.4% and Ashburton Park Medical Center with 97.3%.

Practices where customers found receptionists least helpful were Greenside Group Practice at 62.4 per cent, Parchmore Medical Center at 67.1 per cent and Whitehorse Practice at 69 per cent.
