Passenger Services Supervisor

Description: In this role, you will actively oversee the customer service department, ensuring that you undertake and adhere to all airline, company and regulatory policies and procedures, lead and manage customer service, engage team while managing day-to-day operations, deploy and manage department rosters to ensure adequate staffing and perform various administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient management of the passenger services department, along with a variety of other duties.

Description: Some of the main duties of this role include: screening passengers, airport staff and baggage in accordance with established procedures, searching baggage as required, performing X-ray duties and conducting mobile patrols.

Commercial Director

Description: In this role, you will provide commercial leadership to the internal F&B and retail teams and manage all externally operated on-site concessionaires providing passenger services. You will be responsible for the commercial performance of all non-aeronautical revenue streams related to the airport’s commercial operations and will play a key role in identifying and developing new revenue opportunities as the business grows.

Pay: £45,000 base, £53,500 OTE

Description: The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver Spaceport’s commercial strategy and pipeline, focusing on future aerospace and launch activity, building the space-related property and consultancy cluster at Cornwall Newquay Airport. You will continue to stimulate and develop future air and space activities locally and regionally, building on the success of the first UK launch from Spaceport Cornwall, moving to a routine and sustainable operation.
