Cushman & Wakefield | Capital Markets Group and Thalhimer Industrial Services Group are pleased to announce the sale of 1700 Richmond Highway in the City of Richmond, Virginia. The property consists of two (2) buildings totaling 230,250 square feet (SF), along with extensive outdoor storage and trailer parking. The seller executed a sale-leaseback on part of the asset, with the rest of the vacant places being marketed for rent.

North River Capital, LLC and Feldman Bergin Properties acquired the asset on July 19, 2024, for an undisclosed sale price, from NAPA Holdings Richmond, LLC. Bo McKown of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the buyer; Isaac DeRegibus, with Thalhimer’s Industrial Services Group, represented the seller.
