Jürgen Klopp was spotted at Anfield ahead of his final game in charge of Liverpool on Sunday. The German will bring the curtain down on almost nine years at the helm in what is sure to be an emotional occasion against Wolves.

Ahead of his farewell game, a video emerged on social media showing Klopp at Anfield. The footage shows the Liverpool boss standing alone on the half-way line, looking towards the Kop. Another image shows him sitting in the famous stand while taking in the surroundings.

Speaking after his final away game at Aston Villa on Monday, Klopp praised the club’s supporters and said: “I always liked it, I liked it today. I really appreciate what these guys and gals are doing. The away fans are always like absolutely crazy what they did, where they were. I’ve asked them to travel a lot over the years.

“It was and is a wonderful relationship. I always try to show my appreciation and the boys showed that today with the way they played.
