Win Heart West Midlands Take That Tour Tickets May 2024 – Specific Rules

1. The Heart West Midlands Take That Promotion (‘Promotion‘) is organized by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The promotion will take place on May 14th at the Heart West Midlands Drive Show with Ed & Gemma. Global is the Promoter.

2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions available here (together, “Promotion terms and conditions‘). Entering the Promotion represents the acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Promotion details:

3. To enter the promotion you must be listening to the Heart West Midlands Drive Show with Ed & Gemma between 4pm and 7pm. Then you have to listen to the audio clip played by the presenters and “finish the lyrics” of the song. You will then be asked to text the keyword TICKETS and your answer to 82122 (“Text message line‘).

4. The opening and closing times of the text message line will be broadcast live. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the promotion, but may still be charged.

5. We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile network which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.

6. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. Standard rate text messages to promotional short codes are not normally included in ‘inclusive’ packages and may incur charges. If entering via text message, make sure you use the correct shortcode. In all cases, please consult your service provider for more details and fees. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering.

7. Within 1 hour of the closing time of the Text Message Line, all eligible entries will be drawn. A correct entry will be selected at random and the entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives by telephone at the number you entered. If the entry is ineligible, we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or to withdraw the prize and select another entrant, as appropriate.

8. If you are this participant and we call you, your call may be recorded for our records and/or broadcast live or later in the show. You may also be asked to have a call with a presenter, during which you may be asked to answer a question or additional questions or complete an additional task(s). That call will either be broadcast live or pre-recorded for future broadcast. You must answer the phone when we contact you. Someone else cannot answer the phone, enter or accept a prize on your behalf. If: (i) you do not answer the phone; (ii) someone else answers the phone; (iii) the call reaches voicemail; (iv) the call becomes disconnected; (v) you are (or do not appear to us to be) able to take or remain on the call safely and/or legally (for example, if you are driving or appear to be driving); or (vi) you are not audible or intelligible or we are unable to conduct a conversation with you in a manner suitable for broadcast for any reason beyond our control (including but not limited to: low signal/no signal on the device your , a call is dropped on any network, you are traveling, there is too much background noise or feedback, etc.); before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or to withdraw the prize and select another winner, as appropriate. If you have complied with all applicable terms and conditions and if you are successful (including answering any questions correctly and/or successfully completing any tasks as applicable) then you will be declared a winner of the Promotion.

9. We may post and advertise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, nearest geographic location (eg nearest town, city or county) and entry and may reference to you and any applicable. third parties (eg a guest/travel companion association with the Promotion and/or prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.

10. In respect of winners (and runners-up, if applicable), you understand that we may: (i) interview you and your guests/travelling companions whom we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record yourself and your guests/travelling companions in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for the purposes advertising and PR in any and all media, worldwide, as often as we deem appropriate or desirable in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish the name, picture, social media handle and/or profile picture of you and your guests/travel companion(s).

Eligibility:

11. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over who are based in the UK at the time of entry.

12. Entry is limited to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion

Prize:

13. One winning entrant will receive two standard premium balcony tickets to see Take That at the Utilitia Arena Birmingham on Sunday 19th May.

13.1. Tickets will be emailed to the winner from the Utilita Arena representative. The winner must provide the best email address to facilitate this. Tickets are subject to the NEC Group Arenas Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed here.

13.2 Premium tickets with balcony seats include:

  • Private entrance
  • Exclusive check-in
  • Private bar
  • Premium category toilets
  • Extra legroom
  • X2 drink vouchers per person

13.3 Winner must be over 18 years of age. Additional guest must be 10 years of age or older.

13.4 Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and with a valid ticket at the venue. (14 and over can enter the building alone with a valid ticket)

14. You must, at your own expense, comply with all necessary checks and/or tests for travel to and from and for entry and exit from your destination/place of travel. This includes, but is not limited to, procuring, arranging, performing, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be liable for any costs incurred by you under this clause nor will we procure, arrange, undertake, record and/or record any necessary Covid-19 tests.

15. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and at your destination/place of travel. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidelines.

16. You acknowledge and agree that, without limiting the provisions of clause 12 of the General Terms and Conditions, our ability to fulfill a prize and/or fulfill any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions may be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine situation and/or any appropriate government action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office guidance) (collectively “ Covid measures”).

If, due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfill a prize or fulfill any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we will not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. Subject to Clause 23 below, in these circumstances we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.)

17. Any other costs and expenses not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. For example, without limitation, travel to and from the event is not included in the prize.

18. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

19. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data protection:

21. Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited), as well as prize providers and, where applicable, our service providers, network operators and our suppliers to administer and fulfill the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Telephone Paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour. and comply with applicable law enforcement agencies and advertising codes.

22. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how where we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any promotion. If you are required to submit the personal data of a guest/travel companion(s) to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guests/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us with their personal data . .

23. You may be asked if you wish to opt-in to marketing from us when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.

24. We and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside the EEA and the UK for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Where transfers are made outside the EEA or the UK, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data.

25. We will keep your personal data for up to 3 years to comply with our regulatory obligations.

26. You can request the deletion of your personal data from our database by contacting [email protected]. If you request that your personal data be deleted before a Promotion ends, you will lose the right to participate in the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another participant to participate in the Promotion or to withdraw the prize. and select another winner, as appropriate.
