Thursday’s 12% rise in BTC prices was the biggest since February 2022

The cryptocurrency rose nearly 12 percent to $61,720 on Thursday alone, UTC’s biggest one-day gain since Feb. 28, 2022, when prices surged more than 14 percent, according to charting platform TradingView. Total crypto market capitalization rose 11% to $2.11 trillion, the largest increase since November 10, 2022.
