Trying For A Green Candle

It has been a long and volatile week but, as I type, Comex Digital Gold is nearly unchanged versus last Friday’s close. Can it extend from here and paint a green weekly candle? If it does, would that tell us anything about the short-term direction of price?

Maybe. But as we’ve been discussing, in periods like this it’s very difficult to ascertain price trends. One day the chart looks terrible, the next day it looks fine and on and on until some sort of normalcy returns. The problem is….normalcy just left town and may not be returning for a while.
