Met Office ‘thundershower’ warning for Coventry

“Thunder showers” could hit Coventry and Warwickshire today, the Met Office has warned. In the most up-to-date forecast online, weather experts said that while today (May 6) started dry and sunny, showers are on the way.

Scattered showers, it says, will be “locally heavy with a risk of thunder.” However, temperatures will remain warm.

Forecasters say it will “feel warm” in the sun following what has been a sunny weekend in our region. Tomorrow (May 7) will be “less showery” than today, with maximum temperatures set at 18C.
