Peru issues VASP regulation, strengthens AML/CFT requirements

Peru’s Banking and Insurance Superintendency (SBS) has issued a resolution requiring VASPs to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measures as part of a compliance plan.
