Switch Hospitality completes Birmingham aparthotel project

UK: Management company Switch Hospitality has completed the redevelopment of its Birmingham aparthotel with the addition of an on-site store.

Formerly known as the Royal Angus Hotel, Switch Hospitality redeveloped the site into the Birmingham aparthotel, which opened earlier this year.

It offers 161 suites, including dog-friendly terrace rooms, and the guest experience is supported by self-check-in portals, in-room media walls and more.

The project is now completed with the opening of an on-site convenience store, Nisa Local. The store can be accessed at street level or through the coworking area of ​​the aparthotel, The Hub.

John Angus, managing director of Switch Hospitality Management Ltd, said: “From the initial design stages, we wanted to ensure that every aspect of the Birmingham aparthotel would create the ultimate experience for guests, whether they are here to enjoy a weekend. children or to stay with us during the week while they work away from home.
