Chubb appoints Ohsiek, Hagan and Le to key finance positions

Chubb names Ohsiek Chief Accounting Officer, Hagan CFO Operations and Le as Chief Auditor

Chubb made three executive appointments effective September 4.

Chubb named George Ohsiek as vice president and chief accounting officer of the Chubb Group. He is currently the Chief Auditor of the Chubb Group. Prior to serving as Chief Auditor, he held various corporate finance roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Global Accounting Policy and Group Controller. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Ohsiek worked at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and KPMG.

Ohsiek succeeds Ann Marie Haganwho was named Chubb Group vice president and chief financial officer for operations, technology and transformation. Hagan has over 35 years of experience in the industry. She joined Chubb in 2014 as senior vice president of operations and finance and later served as global controller and vice president of finance. Previously, she was CFO for Cigna Corp.

Mong-Diep “Dee” Le will succeed Ohsiek as chief auditor. He is currently executive vice president and global controller for Chubb and has global internal audit functions. Le has over 25 years of accounting and reporting experience. Prior to serving as Global Controller, she held roles of increasing responsibility in SEC reporting and financial accounting.
