One of the best players against Man City and one of the few players Ange Postecoglou can look at with any sense of pride.

Of course, the defender conceded twice, but Erling Haaland’s two goals were not his fault. If anything, the Romanian defender did well to isolate Haaland throughout the match and even pulled off an incredible recovery and blocking tackle in the first half.
