Groups supporting Vice President Kamala Harris’ bid for the White House have raised about $500 million in the month since her bid. Reuters reportsciting people familiar with the fundraising efforts.

Harris has been a presidential candidate for only a month, having launched his bid on July 21 after Democratic Party Chairman Joe Biden said he would not seek re-election. On Tuesday, Harris officially became the Democratic nominee after the state delegates they pledged their support at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

The Harris campaign recorded contributions of 204 million dollars last month, a premium compared to 47.5 million dollars which former President Donald Trump’s main committee lifted in July, according to reports filed with the Federal Election Commission this week. Harris’ figures include donations made before Biden stepped down as she took control of his fundraising arm.

Harris’ campaign and allied committees said they raised over $300 million last month and had $377 million in cash on hand as of August. Officials said two-thirds of the people who have given to her campaign since she became the presumptive nominee are new donors.

Enthusiasm for Harris has grown since she became the nominee, replacing Biden, whose age had become a constant source of doubt after a looks weak in a June debate with Trump. The campaign aimed to appeal to younger voters — and more of them online — by embracing singer Charlie XCX and the “Brat” aesthetic and sales. Chappell Roan inspired camouflage hats.

Trump’s campaign and allies said they raised nearly $139 million in July and had $327 million on hand before this month. Super Trump-aligned political action committees are still well-funded and ready to spend to support the former president.

Make America Great Again Inc., a prominent super political action committee (PAC) aligned with the former president, has spent tens of millions of dollars on ads promoting Trump. On Tuesday, it reported shipping of $54.4 million for July, with most of that money coming from Timothy Mellongrandson of former Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon. The group had $124.4 million in cash at the end of last month.

Meanwhile, pro-Biden and Harris super PAC Future Forward took home $29.7 million last month, according to data filings. It had $124.3 million in cash at the end of July.
