Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin Launching Soon In India? Here’s what we know

Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin: Royal Enfield, a renowned automobile manufacturer is all set to add another model to its lineup, the Classic 650. This upcoming Royal Enfield Classic 650 will combine the timeless design of the Classic 350 with the power of a 648 cc twin cylinder engine. These speculations have been fueled as the manufacturer recently trademarked the name ‘Classic 650 Twin’, indicating that this upcoming bike is likely to be named as such.

To distinguish the Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin from its smaller counterpart, the Classic 350, Royal Enfield plans to add ‘Twin’ to its name. Visually, the Classic 650 Twin will not be very different from the Classic 350, except for an additional pea-shooter pipe on the left side.

The bike has been spotted testing and appears to share its main frame with the Shotgun model rather than the Interceptor. A common feature of the new Royal Enfield models is the LED headlamp, also seen on the Classic 650 Twin. However, some of the bikers might not like the prominent dual exhaust pipes, especially in heavy city traffic situations.

Talking about its engine specifications, it is likely to be equipped with the same powerful 648cc that powers Royal Enfield’s other 650cc models. This 648 cc twin-cylinder engine is expected to produce a similar 47 PS of power and 52 Nm of torque.
