Snell & Wilmer adds partner Brent Douglas to San Diego office

Brent M. Douglas has joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in the labor and employment practice group in the San Diego office, the firm announced Tuesday.

According to Snell & Wilmer, Douglas focuses his practice on wage and hour class actions, partnership disputes and employment claims.

He has experience drafting and negotiating stock option plans and stock grants, as well as senior, subordinated and mezzanine debt arrangements, the firm said.

He joins from Hahn Loeser & Parks.
