COMMUNITY: SBitC holds Community Day at Coventry Building Society Arena – News

Last week Sky Blues in the Community held a Community Day at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

The day gave a wide variety of local partner schools and SBitC projects the incredible opportunity to play on Coventry City’s home ground.

The list of participants and projects included:

• Football on foot
• Support for cancer on foot football
• Active dementia
• MENTalk
• Sky Blues active
• Player Development Center
• Girls Player Development & Girls Emerging Talent Center
• 48 Primary schools
• Coventry College
• PLInspire

There was a wide range of ages and abilities, all relishing the chance to play football on the pitch where their heroes had played just days before.
