Three Birmingham men charged after £200,000 worth of cannabis seized in Norfolk

The men were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug

Three men have been charged after traffic officers seized £200,000 worth of cannabis on the A11 in Ketteringham yesterday (14 May 2024).

The men were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Center for questioning.

The following men were later charged with conspiracy to supply cannabis:

  • Renaldo Dyrmishi, aged 25 and of Bridge Road, Birmingham
  • Blerim Muca, aged 30 and of Alum Rock Road, Birmingham
  • Xhesi Hajdari, aged 23 and of Bridge Road, Birmingham

Xhesi Hajdari was also accused of driving under the influence of drugs.

Further inquiries led officers to a property in King St, Yarmouth, where around 650 plants were discovered. A police cordon is currently in place.

All three have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 15 May 2024).
