Join us for an evening dedicated to raising awareness of homelessness in our community.

Newly granted refugees are often not seen on the streets and are therefore hidden from the Council’s vulnerable/experiencing homelessness statistics due to this lack of physical visibility; this absence of protection and support leaves refugees extremely vulnerable to exploitation, modern slavery and human trafficking and means that although they face the same physical and mental challenges of street homelessness, this remains largely unrecognized .
