The Leeds United squad has been revealed for Norwich City with two players ruled out

It’s the big one. Elland Road will be packed for tonight’s Championship semi-final second leg between Leeds United and Norwich City.

The stakes are high as the Whites prepare for their final home game of a grueling 2023/24 season. Who will make it to Wembley and keep their momentum going for a Premier League place next season?

“Everything is still possible,” admitted United boss Daniel Farke. “Norwich are a very good team and also a threat on the counter-attack.

“If you’re too greedy and open up too many spaces, then they might punish you. We have to make sure we find a good margin.

“Obviously we like playing at home, there’s no doubt about that. We generally have a very good record at home this season, but it’s not a guarantee. So another 50-50 and then both sides have an equal chance of winning their place in the final.”

Nothing has been done yet and Farke will be without the services of Pascal Struijk and Patrick Bamford. Both are sidelined through injury, although Bamford could be fit for the final later this month if United extend their grueling campaign.

Connor Roberts, Daniel James, Joel Piroe and Mateo Joseph could all come into Farke’s selection thoughts as the Whites look to improve their attacking output. United have scored in four of their last six games.
