Denmark shares fall at close of trade; The OMX Copenhagen 20 was down 0.74% by Investing.com

Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, down 0.74%.

The best performers of the session on the were Genmab (CSE: ), which rose 0.60% or 11.00 points to trade at 1,833.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted AS (CSE: ) added 0.52% or 2.00 points to end at 384.30 and Novozymes A/SB (CSE: ) was up 0.40% or 1.80 points up to 450.70 at the end of trading.

The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE: ), which declined 3.58% or 5.90 points to trade at 158.80 at the close. Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE: ) declined 2.81% or 24.50 points to 848.00 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/SB (CSE: ) declined 1.89% or 200.00 points. up to 10,370.00.

Declining stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 70 to 56, with 25 ending unchanged.

Shares of Novozymes A/SB (CSE: ) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 0.40% or 1.80 to 450.70.

Crude oil for October delivery rose 3.17%, or 2.37, to $77.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for November delivery rose 2.55%, or 1.99, to $80.14 a barrel, while December gold futures rose 0.05 % or 1.15 to $2,547.45 per troy ounce.

USD/DKK rose 0.24% to 6.68, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.

US dollar index futures rose 0.14% to 100.74.
