Sheffield has one of the worst nights out in the UK, a study has found

A study has reported that Sheffield has one of the worst nightlife in the UK.

BonusFinder.co.uk found the northern city is missing its accommodation, accommodation and casino offers by 10,000 people.

A spokesman for BonusFinder.co.uk said: “Sheffield is ranked as the tenth worst city for a night out in the UK.

“The city earned its lower ranking mainly due to its limited supply of bars and clubs.”

The study scored Sheffield 7.34 out of 10, while Doncaster came third in BonusFinder’s compilation of the UK’s best exits.

London was ranked as the worst place to go on a night out due to the cost of alcohol and lack of access to cheap accommodation.

Holly Atkin, 21, a barman who works in Sheffield, said: “The nightlife we ​​have is actually very varied, it’s a lot better than other parts of the UK.”
