Columbia stocks fall at close of trade; COLCAP was down 0.20% by Investing.com

Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Colombia, it was down 0.20%.

The best performers of the session were Cementos Argos Pf (BVC: ), which rose 4.61% or 350.00 points to trade at 7,950.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Banco De Bogota SA (BVC: ) added 2.91% or 800.00 points to end at 28,300.00 and Grupo Bolivar SA (BVC:) was up 2.86% or 1,580.00 points to 56,800.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Bolsa De Valores De Colombia (BVC: ), which declined 4.47% or 500.00 points to trade at 10,680.00 at the close. Mineros SA (BVC: ) declined 3.82% or 130.00 points to 3,270.00 and Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (BVC: ) declined 2.65% or 880.00 points to 32,320.00 .

Declining stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Columbia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.

US C coffee for December delivery rose 2.42% or 6.05 to $255.70. Elsewhere in commodity trading, US cocoa for December delivery fell 2.77% or 222.00 to $7,788.00 while December gold futures rose 0.19% or 4.80 to trade at $2,560.00 a troy ounce.

USD/COP was down 0.00% at 4,041.96, while BRL/COP was up 0.14% at 733.62.

US dollar index futures fell 0.28% to 100.46.
