Bloomberg and Better Markets got crypto wrong

It seems pretty obvious to fair observers that after over a decade of cryptocurrency trading, it is unlikely to go away anytime soon, as much as some would like it to. Given this, you would think that the reasonable person would say “let’s properly regulate these products”. It is not true that crypto does not face a multitude of state and federal regulations. What is true is that as long as an enforcement-only regulatory approach is adopted, the US will see jobs moved overseas, innovation will be stifled, and crucial decisions will be left to the courts.
