Swedish stocks rise at close of trade; The OMX Stockholm 30 rose 0.31% Via Investing.com

Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Stockholm, it gained 0.31%.

The best performers of the session were Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:), which rose 10.43% or 0.65 points to trade at 6.93 at the close. Meanwhile, Svenska Cellulosa SCA AB B (ST: ) added 2.52% or 3.50 points to end at 142.60 and Sinch AB (ST: ) was up 1.88% or 0.55 points to 29.74 at the end of trading.

The worst performers of the session were NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST: ), which declined 0.63% or 0.30 points to trade at 50.60 at the close. Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST: ) declined 0.45% or 0.90 points to 186.20 and Investor AB ser. B (ST: ) declined 0.38% or 1.20 points to end at 305.40.

Advancers outnumbered decliners on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 461 to 301, with 90 ending unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery fell 2.44%, or 1.85, to $74.06 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for November delivery fell 1.95%, or 1.54, to $77.28 a barrel, while December gold futures fell 1.00 % or 25.55, to $2,534.75 a troy ounce.

EUR/SEK rose 0.33% to 11.36, while USD/SEK rose 0.47% to 10.27.

US dollar index futures rose 0.31% to 101.58.
