Resilience Appoints Jones as Lead Engineering and Gittler Global Head of Claims; USG hires McMahon, Buck and Gudenkauf

Resiliencebased in New York, named Rebecca Jones as senior vice president of engineering and Jeremy Gittler as global head of receivables.

Jones assumes leadership responsibilities for the company’s engineering team and software delivery efforts. She brings over 20 years of experience leading growth market technology initiatives for various SaaS companies, most recently as Senior Vice President of Technology at Disco and including previous roles as Advisor, Chief Technology Officer of Engineering at Trove, and Vice President and engineering director. at Credit.com.

Gittler will lead the company’s Global Claims team. Prior to joining Resilience, he held leadership positions in underwriting and claims at global commercial insurance provider AXA XL, where he launched and built its cyber claims team. Earlier in his career, he handled complex cyber and technology claims at AIG and served as a litigation attorney at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP.

USG hires McMahon, Buck and Gudenkauf

USG Insurance Services, Inc.based in Tampa, Florida, has made three new hires for its teams in Texas, Arkansas and Georgia.

Thomas McMahon joins USG’s Arlington, Texas office with over 25 years of industry experience. He most recently worked as a broker and sales manager for FloodFlash and previously worked as an agency sales manager for AFR Services.

Kelly Buck joins the USG team in Little Rock, Arkansas as a producer/broker on their personal team. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, he most recently worked in personal lines underwriting at Risk Placement Services.

Gudenkauf country joins the USG team in Atlanta as a producer/broker. With 20 years in the E&S insurance industry and 38 total years in commercial insurance, Gudenkauf has worked in commercial, professional, workers compensation, transportation/garage and personal lines. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Underwriting at Southern Insurance Underwriters, Inc. and previously served as Vice President at Jencap.
