CRC Group adds new insurers in Tennessee, Georgia

CRC Group, a wholesale specialty insurance distributor headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, has added new faces to its Southeast team.

Sam Rector has joined the Nashville office as an underwriting team leader. He has spent nearly 10 years in the industry, including recent work as an associate director at a multinational company.

Chris Young is now a personal underwriting team leader in CRC’s Alpharetta, Georgia office. He has approximately 26 years in the insurance industry, including a role as a senior personal lines underwriter with a wholesale broker.

The moves reflect CRC’s effort to increase its support for retail agency clients across the country, the firm said in a press release.
