Manchester City will win the Premier League title if:

• They beat West Ham
• Arsenal draw or lose against Everton

Arsenal will win the Premier League title if:

• They beat Everton on Sunday May 19 AND Man City draw or lose to West Ham

*Note: If Arsenal win and Manchester City draw, both teams would finish with 89 points and Arsenal would win the title on goal difference.
