The worst Taco Bell in the US is in Florida, a new report says

The post, which had been reviewed 112 times at press time, had 1.8 stars out of five.

The Fast Company Report chose the review it believed best represented the selling point of 1519 Saxon Boulevard.

“The burritos looked messy, they were missing ingredients, I’m sure, and my ultimate chalupa was actually missing tomatoes and cheese, so you know 2/4 of the ingredients are missing,” the review read, according to the Fast Company report.

“Take a bet if you want,” the review added, according to the news outlet.

Other reviews of the outlet on Google Maps complained of long wait times, missing ingredients and insufficient portions.

The outlet did not return a phone call from Business Insider.

On the other hand, the Taco Bell that won first place was located in Pacifica, California. The outlet, located on the beachfront near San Jose, had a rating of 4.4 out of five stars with more than 3,470 reviews.

“Some of the best Taco Bell ever,” read a review for the store on Google Maps. “The food and the view are so worth it.”

There are 7,775 Taco Bell locations in the U.S., according to the chain’s listing as of press time.

According to Fast Company’s methodology, all chain outlets with at least 50 reviews on Google Maps were evaluated in its analysis.

Fast Company compiled its chain restaurant data through July 30, 2024. Each outlet was given a weighted score, taking into account the average score of reviews customers gave the outlet and taking into account the number of reviews . socket received.

In addition to Taco Bell, Fast Company also looked at the rankings of chains including McDonald’s, KFC and Burger King.

The report found that the best and worst McDonald’s stores were both located in South Texas. The best outlet, 2130 Main Street in Eagle Pass, Texas, had a 4.3 rating and over 1,900 reviews.

The worst outlet was in San Antonio and had a rating of 3.0 and 139 reviews.

Meanwhile, the most hated KFC in America is at LAX, with a 1.5-star review, Fast Company wrote.

Taco Bell representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider sent outside regular business hours.
