Star Entertainment will sell its leasehold interest in the casino building for $45 million, Reuters reported

(Reuters) – Star Entertainment said on Friday its unit would sell its leasehold interest in Queensland’s Treasury Brisbane Casino building for A$67.5 million ($45.5 million).

The casino operator added that the sale was subject to conditions, including government approval and the granting of a new lease in an appropriate form.
