Prosecutors tell New York court they didn’t renege on FTX executive Ryan Salame’s plea deal

In their brief, prosecutors called Salame’s claims “inaccurate, incomplete and outright false” and denied they violated their plea agreement with Salame, noting there was “nothing in Salame’s agreement to suggest that The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York would not prosecute any of Salame’s criminal co-conspirators, given his guilty plea.”
