Nuneaton lives on as police and firefighters seal off the bridge

Police and firefighters have sealed off a bridge in Nuneaton. People are currently unable to use the ‘iron bridge’ which links Stockingford and Camp Hill.

Passers-by saw police and firefighters on the bridge, between Black-A-Tree Road and Hilary Road, earlier this morning (May 17). At the moment, traffic or pedestrians cannot pass.

Confirmed details of what happened have not yet been released. But there were reports of police cars circling the area.
