Forbes’ web3 team (Forbes Web3) plans to launch a blockchain-based loyalty platform in partnership with the qiibee foundation, according to a press release shared by the team on Monday. The platform, due to launch later this year, seeks to transform the way web3 communities interact with brands through innovative rewards.

“We’re developing a loyalty program that not only rewards users, but also provides meaningful and tangible benefits,” said Taha Ahmed, Forbes’ Chief Growth Officer.

The loyalty program will include a diverse range of products, including gift cards for major brands such as Amazon and Apple, charitable donations and airline miles, the team said, adding that the move aims to increase the purchasing power of Forbes Web3 consumers.

“From shopping and travel to philanthropy, our members will be able to redeem rewards that align with their values ​​and interests,” said Ahmed.

The integration of blockchain technology ensures a transparent and secure environment for users to earn, track and redeem rewards through a growing network of partners. Thanks to blockchain, rewards will seamlessly integrate into users’ daily lives, according to Forbes Web3.

The qiibee foundation provides the technical foundation and expertise to build a robust and innovative loyalty program for Forbes Web3 users.

The foundation specializes in using blockchain to create and manage loyalty tokens. It has integrated customized loyalty programs with various partners, allowing users to redeem points for a wide range of rewards.

Forbes Web3 said attendees at Singapore’s Crypto Carnival event on September 19 during Singapore Token2049 will get a glimpse of the new loyalty platform.

Additionally, as part of the preview, participants will receive FOR3 Points, which can be used to redeem rewards on the platform. The team stated that the full launch of the platform will provide even more benefits to the entire Forbes Web3 community.

Apart from this, Forbes Legacy Pass holders will also enjoy exclusive benefits such as rewards and priority benefits on the new platform, Forbes Web3 said.

The latest announcement comes shortly after Forbes unveiled its partnership with OKX to give select OKX users quick access to the Forbes web3 community. The strategic move aims to connect content creators, builders and innovators in the chain, increasing their engagement in the evolving space.
