Five US states reach agreement with GS partners, investors to get full refunds

As part of the settlement agreement reached by Heit and his companies in Texas, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas and Georgia, all civil claims against GS Partners have been settled and investigations have ceased, and in exchange GS Partners will reimburse 100% from investments made by customers in the states of establishment.
