Columbia stocks fall at close of trade; COLCAP was down 0.51% by Investing.com

Meanwhile, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (BVC: ) added 1.31% or 400.00 points to end at 30,900.00 and Ecopetrol SA (BVC: ) was up 0.26% or 5.00 points, up to 1,930.00 at the end of transactions.

The worst performers of the session were Canacol Energy Ltd (BVC: ), which fell 6.81% or 760.00 points to trade at 10,400.00 at the close. Bolsa De Valores De Colombia (BVC: ) declined 4.49% or 480.00 points to end at 10,200.00 and Bancolombia SA (BVC: ) declined 2.84% or 1,060.00 points, up to 36,300.00.

Declining stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Columbia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.

US C coffee for December delivery rose 3.78% or 8.93 to $244.93. Elsewhere in commodity trading, US cocoa for December delivery rose 5.25% or 372.00 to hit $7,453.00, while December gold futures rose 0.44% or 11.00 to trade at $2,535.60 a troy ounce.

USD/COP fell 0.04% to 4,211.26, while BRL/COP rose 1.28% to 753.89.

US dollar index futures rose 0.46% to 101.61.
