Kamala Harris baited Trump about the size of his rally crowd

Vice President Kamala Harris successfully controlled former President Donald Trump on the night of the debates and seemed to get under the skin of the presidential candidate of the Republic of Moldova.

In her response to a question about her handling of immigration policy, Harris said Trump often invokes immigration as a scare tactic — despite telling members of Congress to vote against a bipartisan bill which would have increased the number of border patrol agents. tackles issues such as drug and arms trafficking.

Trump, Harris said, “would rather solve a problem than solve a problem.”

Harris then successfully baited Trump by saying that the former president rambles on about fictional characters like Hannibal Lecter, that windmills cause cancer and that people leave his rallies early.

Trump took up the suggestion that people leave his rallies early. Instead of answering the question about immigration policy, he responded that “nobody goes” to Harris’ rallies, suggesting that people in attendance are “transported” and “paid to go” to her events.

“People don’t walk out of my rallies,” Trump repeated, sounding flustered. He dropped his frequent talking points, saying, “We are a failing nation” and that his supporters “want to take the country back.”
