(Reuters) – A Native American group asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday to block Rio Tinto (NYSE: ) and BHP from gaining access to Arizona land needed to build a massive mine, the latest legal effort in a long term case. which pits religious and cultural rights against the energy transition.
