Castore buys Leeds-based promotional products firm

Premium sportswear brand Castore has completed the acquisition of one of its key suppliers, Infinity Inc, a Leeds-based supplier of branded products, apparel and uniforms.

The acquisition strengthens its supply chain and enables greater speed to market when serving UK and international sporting partners.

Phil Beahon, Co-Founder of Castore said: “We have long admired Infinity and have worked closely with Darren and his team over the years, so we know the quality of product they can offer. We look forward to integrating the business with Castore, but also continuing to serve the wide range of customers already served by Infinity.”

Infinity Chief Executive Darren Cohen said: “I am delighted to lead Infinity Inc in this exciting new chapter and partnership with Castore. With over 25 years of experience in providing branding expertise, innovative solutions and world-class service, we look forward to supporting Castore in their vision to become Britain’s number one sportswear brand.”

The deal is Castore’s first acquisition following a £145m investment in November 2023. The firm was founded in Liverpool in 2016 by brothers Tom and Phil Beahon. Its business model combines a premium performance apparel brand with a vertically integrated digital commerce platform and supply chain to provide a comprehensive service offering to top sports teams and leagues.

To date, Castore has partnered with 50 franchises globally, including football, tennis, Formula 1, rugby and cricket.
