Cushman & Wakefield buys Glendale office building

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the firm has arranged the sale of a 31,350 square foot two-story Class A office building in Glendale.

The freestanding building, now vacant, sold to an undisclosed owner/occupant for $5.375 million.

Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Alexandra Loye with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, in association with John Pierson of JLL, represented the seller, Arizona Dental Insurance Service, Inc. dba Delta Dental of Arizona.

“This high-quality office property represented a unique opportunity for an owner/occupier to acquire a mid-sized office building with modern architecture, a highly attractive and efficient floor plan, high-end finishes and furnishings that it allowed the building to be move-in ready,” said Vice President Eric Wichterman.

“The building was built exclusively for Delta Dental in 2007 and features a full kitchen on the ground floor, substantial seating area, outdoor patio, multiple conference rooms, perimeter offices, a boardroom with private kitchen and storage, executive suites and a balcony on the second floor,” said general manager Mike Coover.

Located at 5656 W Talavi Blvd, the property is located in a dense urban infill location just a few miles from Loop 101, providing access to the entire valley freeway system plus a significant nearby population base.
