Israeli stocks rise at close of trade; TA 35 rose 1.06% Via Investing.com

Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Tel Aviv, it added 1.06%.

The best performers of the session were Harel (TASE: ), which rose 2.82% or 97.00 points to trade at 3,541.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE: ) added 2.78% or 183.00 points to end at 6,762.00 and Camtek Ltd (TASE: ) was up 2.49% or 730.00 points to 29,990.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Ormat Technologies (TASE: ), which decreased 0.80% or 220.00 points to trade at 27,390.00 at the close. The Delek Group (TASE: ) declined 0.77% or 310.00 points to end at 40,000.00 and OPC Energy Ltd (TASE: ) declined 0.65% or 19.00 points to 2,889.00.

Advancers outnumbered decliners on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 301 to 144, while 94 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery rose 2.38%, or 1.60, to $68.91 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for November delivery rose 2.03%, or 1.43, to $72.04 a barrel, while December gold futures rose 1.46 % or 37.15, to $2,579.55 per troy ounce.

USD/ILS fell 1.25% to 3.72, while EUR/ILS fell 1.02% to 4.11.

US dollar index futures fell 0.08% to 101.58.
