Oil settles to its highest level in a week as Hurricane Francine disrupts Gulf production

Oil futures ended higher on Thursday and rose for the week as Hurricane Francine led to disruptions in US oil and gas production in the Gulf of Mexico, but gains were capped by continued concerns about the outlook for demand of crude oil.
