Austria will increase the federal disaster fund to 1 billion euros, the chancellor says By Reuters

VIENNA (Reuters) – Austria’s federal disaster fund will rise to 1 billion euros ($1.11 billion) and companies hit hard by floods will be able to defer paying taxes, Chancellor Karl Nehammer said on Wednesday, following the extreme weather from the region.
