Bristol Cafe is offering free ice cream this weekend

A Bristol cafe will be giving away ice cream on Saturday (May 18) to launch their new vegan ice cream. Radical Roasters on St Mark’s Road will be open from midday and are offering free ice cream to the first 100 customers.

Vegan ice cream will be available at Radical Roasters throughout the summer. The small Easton specialty coffee roaster is open Thursday through Sunday each week.

Cat Manson, who opened the small business in November 2022, said: “We are the first coffee shop in Bristol to serve oat soft serve. So not only is it vegan, it’s also super delicious.

“We want to keep ice cream affordable for families, so ice cream for children and teenagers up to 18 will always cost £1. We have biscoff toppings and fun flavors like salted caramel and pretzel.”

The cafe also serves cakes and pastries, along with a wide range of drinks and coffee blends. They have hosted several community events and fundraisers since opening.

They close Monday through Wednesday to roast the coffee, which is also sold wholesale. You can follow them on Instagram Here .
